“Thread can’t open this browser’s storage”

Private/incognito windows and some strict privacy settings block storage. Use a normal window, or allow site data for Thread.

I didn’t get the confirmation email

• Check spam and promotions folders.
• Use resend the email on the confirmation screen (wait a minute between attempts).
• The email also contains a 6-digit code you can type in instead.

I can’t find Settings

Use the gear (Settings) or Account in the top-right of the app. On the first screen, choose Skip — look around first. On phones, Settings is the gear in the header. See Settings overview.

The email link says it expired

Links work once and expire after an hour. Request a new one from Sign in.

LM Studio isn’t detected

Turn on Enable CORS in LM Studio’s server settings, start the server, load a model, then press Check again in Settings → AI.

Can someone share a Space with me?

Not generally yet. Shared Spaces and roles are planned for Thread Team; join the waitlist for availability updates.

My AI tool can’t find a note

AI tools see only synced content within the Spaces authorized for that connection, and not items marked Keep on this device only or Don’t use with AI. Press Sync now in Settings → Account on the device where you wrote it.

Something else

Settings → Developer shows the exact app and model versions — include them (never your notes) when you contact us.
