Manage your subscription
Subscribe, switch monthly/annual, invoices and payment method.
- Open Settings → Plan & billing.
- Choose monthly or annual and press Choose Thread (or Restore full access).
- Pay in the secure Paddle checkout. Thread activates as soon as Paddle confirms the payment — usually within seconds.
Changing your plan
- Switch monthly ↔ annual in Plan & billing. Paddle prorates the difference automatically. Your data isn’t touched.
- Manage billing opens Paddle’s customer portal: invoices and receipts, payment method, billing details.
- If a payment fails, Paddle retries automatically and your access continues meanwhile. Updating your payment method fixes it straight away.
