Settings overview

Open Settings with the gear in the top-right of the app header, or the Account button next to it (it shows your initial when you’re signed in).

• Account — sign in or out, turn sync on, see when it last synced.
• Plan & billing — trial end date, subscribe, switch monthly/annual, invoices, cancel or resume.
• AI — off, On this computer (LM Studio / Ollama) or My API key.
• Data & Privacy — download an export, restore, import Markdown or files, resolve sync conflicts, reset this device.
• Integrations — Notion and AI tools such as Claude and Codex.
• Developer — app and model versions for support.

Privacy settings for a single item or Space live on that item or Space: press Privacy. See Privacy settings. Shared Spaces are planned for Thread Team and are not generally available yet.
