Read-only mode

Read-only means your Thread is still yours. It applies when a trial ended without a subscription, or a subscription ended.

Still available

• Sign in, open and read everything — notes, documents, files, memory and history.
• Search, and Ask questions about what’s already there (answers aren’t saved as history).
• Export everything, any time (Export & restore).
• Account, privacy, data and billing settings.

Needs a subscription

• Creating, editing or deleting notes, documents, Spaces and tasks.
• Adding files or voice notes, imports and restores.
• Confirming AI suggestions or decisions.
• Uploading changes to sync. (Changes you made on a device while you still had access stay there and sync as soon as you subscribe.)

Subscribe in Settings → Plan & billing; editing is restored as soon as the payment is confirmed.
