Privacy settings per item and Space

Open any item or Space and press Privacy.

• Keep on this device only — never uploaded, never synced, never sent to cloud AI or integrations.
• Don’t use with AI — still searchable by words; no OCR, transcription, embeddings or generative model receives it.
• Don’t remember from this — searchable, but never becomes lasting memory.
• Never share — visible only to you, including inside a shared Space.
• Private to me — hidden from other members of the workspace.

Settings on a Space apply to everything in it. The most careful setting always wins.
